Romesco Gouda Dip - traditional Spanish dip using tomatoes, garlic, red peppers,paprika and almonds, combined with smoked gouda. served hot + toasted pita
Herb + Spice Goat Cheese Schmere - pulled from Bon Apetite Magazine and then tweaked for our own flare, this is a great way to start any evening...warm goat cheese marinated and warmed in our own blend of olive oil, orange juice, geranium flowers, crushed red pepper, garlic, star of anise and bay leaf.
Tapas for Two
A NOTE ABOUT TAPAS: A 'Tapa" is not an appetizer. For those of you worried that if you come here, you won't get full, stop right there. That's dangerous thinking. A "Tapa" translates to "small plate". This is a European and South American style of eating...the idea is communal (hence our name)....order two or more and everyone shares. These are not entrees, but we promise not only will you walk away full, but your body and your soul satisfied. This is how communion is meant to be.
Italian Meatballs - ground beef blended with Italian sausage, Italian herbs and cheeses + served with crusty bread. We didn't say it...but everyone else has - THE BEST MEATBALL THEY HAVE EVER EATEN. SERIOUSLY!
Spanish Meatballs - ground beef blended with Chorizo sausage, Spanish spices, olives + served with crusty bread. Anyone from Spain or has been to Spain says...we NAILED IT!
Chicken Fettuccine - We don't like to brag...but okay, we will. This is a recipe we have worked on and perfected over the last 30 years. Creamy, cheese amazing alfredo sauce gently tossed with fettuccine and added fresh chicken breasts that have marinated and roasted in italian spices and oil.
Romesco Shrimp- large shrimp sautéed and served with our housemade Romesco Sauce. Diners love this!
Red Wine Beef Tender - seasoned beef tender prepared in a French Sous Vide, finished in our family's secret recipe of a red wine sauce.
Brussels Two Ways: 1. Creamy: our fresh brussels charred in the oven and then tossed with bacon, mushrooms and a cream sherry sauce. 2. Spicy: our fresh brussels charred in the oven and tossed with housemade creamy garlic aioli and finished with paprika and red pepper flakes.
7 Layer Mediterranean Dip (Customer Favorite!) - Our friends seriously can't cannot get enough of this. We often make these for home parties. Starts with our housemade roasted red pepper hummus, then topped with plain Greek yogurt, then our housemade Basil Pesto and finished with chopped peppers and cukes, then onions, black olives, goat cheese and finished with a balsamic reduction. Okay, so that's more than 7 layers...but when it's this healthy and amazing, does it really matter?
