Shed Horn is a small, boutique winery from California. Making less than 4,000 bottles a year, this wine is consistently recognized and praised by wine experts and Sommeliers across the nation. Spend an evening meeting the owner, asking her questions while tasting 5 of her best wines. Wines will be available for purchase at a discount that night to be ready for your Memorial Day weekend. $20 per person. Includes snacks.

Italy: an adventure in pasta making + wine pairing

-Join us and spend a couple of hours literally making your own pasta while listening to stories from Chef Doug and Cool Kat Wine Expert, Dave Fender. Begin the evening with tasting a couple of whites hile nibbling on Italian cheeses, then when the pasta is done, two more wines from Italy will be paired with the pasta/sauces. End the evening with another Italian red and dessert. Wines chosen will be from multiple regions of Italy, showing off the wine they are known for...expect Barollo, Barbaresco, Chianti, Prosecco...Great date night or GNO.
